Hole compensation (FDM) mm

Added to the outlet diameter in the model. FDM usually +0.15, or drill the hole out.

Print tip down with a brim, in PETG or ASA (not PLA — it sits close to the cutting zone). Drill the outlet hole out with a bit of the nominal diameter.
